I have often wondered how others perceive me in life and why judgement is so rife in our experience of ourselves and each other. This discussion introduces the concept of self-awareness, not through that portal of illusion where we are unkind and distrustful, but rather by examining the potential to find value in the symbolism of life around us.

It is a vast and fascinating concept allowing us insight into spiritual text and tracts and the principles of life that have been shared subtly and sometimes not so subtly through the eons of time.
