About the event
The intended purpose of this workshop is to align you with a sense of your own worth and it's influence on your life. If we were to truly perceive of the potential we hold, we would be in awe of ourselves and in wonder at the magical potential of life. While this may seem inconceivable, we will start with a simple reminder that happiness is what we desire and that joy of life can be found later. We will start with what we can share in this space and allow our bodies to direct the change we need.
